The Frederick Douglass Liberty Alliance seeks a skilled WordPress volunteer to build the intake and participant management system for the Empowerment Academy Workforce Connector Hub. The system will support participant, employer, volunteer, and community partner intake while creating an organized workflow for referrals, services, and outcome tracking.

Key Deliverables:
• Participant Intake Form
• Employer Partnership Form
• Community Partner Form
• Volunteer Application Form
• General Contact Form
• Configure WPForms, notifications, searchable records, exports, and scalable data structure.

Desired Skills:
WordPress, WPForms, Elementor, database design, PHP (preferred), UX, nonprofit technology, CRM implementation.
The completed system will help connect underserved residents—including youth, veterans, individuals with disabilities, returning citizens, and low-income families—to workforce training, apprenticeships, education, supportive services, and employment opportunities throughout the Houston area.
FDLA will provide WordPress access. We've secured internal buy-in and mapped our current intake workflow, and we'll have existing forms ready before kickoff. We're ready to be responsive throughout, so the volunteer's time turns into a system our team actually uses.
