Looking For Operations Specialist: Set Up Digital & Office Infrastructure

I would like to create a meaningful experience of mutual interest in making this world a better place 1 task 1 act of kindness towards greater goals for our current and future communities as we work to deploy key operations infrastructure for our organization:
- Set up file organization structures, shared drives, basic client tracking/document management, and communication channels.
- Work on Process Documentation: Create simple standard operating procedures (SOPs) or step-by-step cheat sheets for day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Set Up Training & Onboarding: Walk the founder through the new setup step-by-step, ensuring we feel confident managing everything independently once the project ends.

This means everything to my success This will be the backbone that holds everything together and keeps in moving forward.

My self and another Sr. staff will be there taking notes, walking through every step and asking questions making sure we learn everything they have to offer and make plans for future support through Taproot. I have personally checked into all kinds of infrastructure and have gotten familiar with as much as possible. I do have a Tech background and have worked with google suites and 360 in the past also have some salesforce experience and motivated to make this a great success
