Our goal is to create a 90-day enrollment funnel that helps Live2Create Leadership Academy move prospective families from initial interest to enrollment.
We have generated more than 50 family leads, but conversion has been a challenge, with tuition affordability emerging as one of the most common barriers. We are seeking a skilled marketing or customer acquisition professional who can help us evaluate our current family journey and build a more intentional lead generation, nurture, and conversion process.
We would like the project to address the full enrollment funnel: lead generation, initial follow-up, Family Conversations, information sessions, applications, acceptance, deposits, and enrollment.
Potential deliverables include a family enrollment funnel map, lead segmentation strategy, follow-up cadence, email and text nurture recommendations, parent messaging, tuition objection strategy, referral strategy, lead source recommendations, and a simple dashboard for tracking conversion from inquiry through enrollment.
Our immediate goal is to enroll 8–12 founding students while building a system that can be repeated in future enrollment cycles.
Live2Create Leadership Academy was created to give families access to a different kind of middle school experience, one centered on faith, leadership, creativity, personalized learning, and real-world application.
Because our model is different from traditional schooling, families often need more education, conversation, and trust-building before deciding whether it is right for their child.
This project will help us communicate our value more clearly, reach families who are actively seeking alternatives, and create a more supportive enrollment journey from curiosity to commitment. Ultimately, the volunteer will help us connect more students with an educational environment designed to help them discover who they are, how they learn, and how they can use their gifts to make a difference.
We already have an active website, admissions materials, social media presence, email communication, Family Conversations, information sessions, tuition information, a growing FAQ library, and an existing lead list.
A board member is currently reviewing our previous leads to better understand where families dropped out of the enrollment process and why. Our social media manager is also supporting ongoing awareness and content development.
The founder will lead this project and can provide access to current messaging, lead data, website content, parent communications, FAQs, tuition information, and insights from previous prospective family conversations. We are prepared to implement recommendations quickly and measure results.
