Develop MOLA’s 2027 10th Anniversary Gala Plan

MOLA is seeking a skilled volunteer to develop the master plan and operational infrastructure for our 10th Anniversary Fundraising Gala on May 1, 2027. We need support creating a comprehensive timeline, committee workstreams, roles and responsibilities, vendor and sponsorship fulfillment trackers, guest experience plan, program milestones, and day-of execution framework. The goal is to give MOLA a clear, actionable system our team can use to manage the gala through May.

Our 10th Anniversary Gala is a major fundraising and visibility opportunity. A strong operational plan will help MOLA deliver a successful event, strengthen relationships with members, sponsors, and partners, and generate resources for our mentorship, scholarships, education, and professional development programs.

MOLA has secured the date and venue and established committees, sponsorship opportunities, event concepts, and preliminary plans. We will provide existing materials, meet regularly, and provide timely feedback. Our staff and volunteers will use the completed master plan to execute the gala.
