Training session plus step by step documentation for Mailchimp and Add Event

Looking for 2-hour or more training session plus a step-by-step Mailchimp + AddEvent user guide, or creation of reusable email templates and setup of automation workflows.

We are helping an aging population with health, wellness and educational workshops and meaningful community connections. We want to provide this aging population with fun social gatherings, but we need a source to help us get the word out. Your help with this task will allow us to do more.

We currently have 1 1/2 volunteers to accomplish this task. Our main volunteer still works and can no longer assist us. The second person knows bare minimum to get us through. We need to train more of the board members, admin (myself) and possibly more volunteers to help as needed. This whole organization is run by retired volunteers, and they don't always have the bandwidth needed to get things done in a timely and efficient manner.

Organization Mission

3GV will focus on three target areas – Socialization, Emotional Well Being and Physical Health Awareness. We aim to provide valuable information about programs, resources, and services for 50-plus gay women in the community. We do this through communications outreach that connects like-minded gay women. We also host periodic events that address our three target areas.
