Becoming Love Project has access to Google Ad Grants, but we need an experienced Google Ads professional to help us move from having the resource to actually using it effectively.
We are a growing nonprofit with a powerful mission, but we are still building the systems that will help more people discover our work. We want to use Google Ad Grants to reach young adults who could benefit from our free storytelling and filmmaking programs, connect with potential volunteers and community partners, promote fundraising initiatives, and increase awareness of our organization.
We have begun the setup process, but we have encountered account access and payment profile issues that have prevented us from moving forward confidently. We also need help understanding how to structure our campaigns, select the right keywords, track meaningful results, and remain compliant with Google Ad Grants requirements.
I do not want us to simply launch ads without a clear strategy. I want to build a thoughtful foundation that our team can understand and maintain after the project is complete.
Becoming Love Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses storytelling, filmmaking, and mentorship as educational and workforce development tools for young adults navigating major life transitions. We help young people use their voices, transform their experiences into stories, and build the emotional and practical skills they need to author their own next chapter.
By the end of this project, I would love for Becoming Love Project to have a properly configured and functional Google Ad Grants account with an initial campaign structure that supports our mission and organizational goals.
The consultant will help us:
• Review our current Google for Nonprofits and Google Ads setup
• Identify and help resolve account access, payment profile, or configuration issues
• Confirm that our account is structured to meet Google Ad Grants requirements
• Connect or verify Google Analytics and conversion tracking
• Identify the strongest audiences, search terms, and landing pages for our goals
• Conduct initial keyword research
• Create at least two mission-aligned search campaigns
• Develop ad groups and write clear, compelling ad copy
• Establish negative keywords and appropriate geographic targeting
• Create a simple system for monitoring account performance and compliance
• Train our team on how to review results and make basic updates
Possible campaign priorities include recruiting participants for our free programs, attracting volunteers and mentors, increasing donations, building community awareness, and promoting key initiatives.
We will provide access to our existing accounts, website, program information, organizational messaging, target audiences, and timely feedback.
Success would mean that our Google Ad Grants account is active, compliant, and connected to measurable goals. We should also understand how the account is organized, what results to monitor, and what steps our team needs to take each month to keep the campaigns healthy.
