About the Opportunity

We are seeking support to address organizational governance. An audit of our board and board processes to effectively run a successful youth sports NPO. We continue to have people rotate on an off our board which stunts our ability to consistently do the work of the NPO.

The volunteer will deliver a clear, prioritized set of steps our board and leadership can take to begin improving organizational governance. We are looking for a volunteer with Board Development and Board Governance expertise to produce this guidance.
