About the Opportunity

Our team is currently in need of extra hands to assist in budget creation, donation tracking, and grant applications.

By the end of the project, Mission Heaven on Earth, Inc. would like to have an organized and sustainable financial management system appropriate for a growing 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

The consultant will help us create a bookkeeping and financial tracking system, customized chart of accounts, budget templates, monthly financial reports, and basic financial procedures for managing donations, fundraising revenue, event income, expenses, reimbursements, and financial records.

Success would mean our leadership and finance team have a clear system for tracking and managing organizational funds, maintaining accurate records, preparing for grants and reporting requirements, and ensuring strong financial accountability as we grow.
