Email Template Design

We don't have a polished, reusable email template, so our outreach emails don't have a consistent look or a clear call to action. We use Google Workspace and MailerLite to send our emails. We're looking for a pro bono consultant with graphic design expertise to create a template that captures attention and drives readers to take action.

By the end of this project, we'd like a ready-to-use email template built for Google Workspace and MailerLite. The consultant will:

- design a header image and layout that reflects our brand
- define standard fonts, sizes, and colors for consistency
- design a clear call-to-action button
- build a footer with links to our social channels, unsubscribe method, and mailing address
- include instructions for how our team can use and update the template going forward
