Board Officer and Member Interview Toolkit

Our organization needs a structured interview toolkit to assess candidates for vice-chair, secretary, treasurer, and general board member roles.

The volunteer will deliver a structured interview toolkit tailored to vice-chair, secretary, treasurer, and general board member roles, including role-specific interview guides, a standardized candidate evaluation rubric, and a one-page candidate scorecard to support consistent selection decisions. We are looking for a volunteer with Board Development expertise to create these materials in a format our board and staff can use remotely.
