Board Onboarding and Engagement Playbook

We need a clear, documented approach to onboard and retain members of our board of directors and keep them engaged in our work. Our request is for materials that support both new and existing board members and that make onboarding and ongoing engagement repeatable and actionable.

The volunteer will create a written onboarding and engagement playbook for new and existing board members that includes practical checklists and actionable to-do lists for initial onboarding and ongoing engagement activities. We are looking for a volunteer with Board Development, Training, and Volunteer Management expertise to develop the playbook in clear, usable language for our board.
