Handbook Revision: Finalizing Lingering Policies and Issues to Reach Final Draft Stage

The challenge we would like to address is finalizing a draft revision of our revised employee handbook. The first revision stage got extended due to staff capacity based on an HR issue that was brought up during the first stage. Now that issued has been resolved, the organization is ready to get into the final draft stage by working collaboratively with a volunteer to finalize the draft, including completing policy revisions, especially those related to lingering questions or issues the organization needs addressed.

By the end of this project the consultant will deliver a finalized employee handbook that is in compliance with generally accepted HR practices, Federal, and PA and WI state laws.
