Program Pricing Model Simplification

The volunteer will deliver a simplified, equitable pricing model and a short implementation plan. We are looking for a volunteer with Business Planning expertise to work with our team. The volunteer will:
- Design a simplified pricing structure that consolidates our current variable registration fees into clear subscription levels, with definitions of which program types or family situations each level is intended for and the equity rationale for each level.
- Create a margin framework and simple pricing calculator or spreadsheet showing how each subscription level or price point maps to suggested margins for our programs.
- Propose an implementation plan to reduce transactions and steer parents toward subscription levels, including recommended billing cadence, suggested changes to the registration/payment flow, and sample parent-facing guidance to explain the new options.
