Employee Compensation Inventory and Salary Bands

We do not have a complete inventory of current employees and their compensation. Historically, salaries have been determined in a haphazard way. Moving forward, we need transparent, equitable, and practical salary bands to guide hiring, performance reviews, and compensation questions.

We are looking for a volunteer with HR Management expertise to:
- Compile a consolidated inventory (spreadsheet) of our current FT / PT / hourly employees and their compensation.
- Design a set of transparent, equitable, and practical salary bands (pay ranges) aligned to role/level groupings and document them in a clear format our team can reference.
- Prepare a short implementation guide explaining how to apply the salary bands for hiring, performance, and compensation decisions and recommend next steps for maintaining equity over time.
