Email Communications Strategy

We're a 6-year-old nonprofit in our first year as a 501(c)(3), with a growing email community but no defined newsletter strategy or consistent process for reaching them. We use Mailchimp but haven't built out a structured content plan, templates, or distribution cadence, our newsletter efforts have been ad hoc rather than intentional. We need outside expertise to help us build a real strategy and reusable structure so we can communicate with our community more consistently and effectively.

By the end of this engagement, we'd like the consultant to deliver:
A newsletter content calendar and distribution strategy
A set of reusable Mailchimp email templates
Guidance on what kind of content to feature and how to structure it for engagement

Success looks like our team having a clear, documented newsletter strategy and ready-to-use templates we can execute independently going forward, rather than an external consultant managing ongoing distribution.
