Board Candidate Prospecting Strategy

At Candidly Speaking, we need a strategy for identifying prospective board members. We are seeking support to clarify who to target and which networks or sources to approach so we can find board candidates who fit our needs.

We are looking for a volunteer with Board Development expertise to help Candidly Speaking identify and prioritize prospective board members. The volunteer will deliver a board candidate profile and a prioritized list of recommended networks, organizations, and outreach sources we can share the profile with to recruit suitable board members.
