Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace Setup

Katellis Society United is a 501(c)(3) non-profit launching an intergenerational male mentorship model. We need an IT volunteer to configure our existing Microsoft 365 and Google for Nonprofits accounts to support our administrative workflows, automated intake pipeline, and safety protocols.

1. Update organizational tenant display names and primary domain settings to Katellis Society United across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace admin consoles.

2. Configure secure, monitored Microsoft Teams channels organized by our age tiers (65+, 41–65, 28–40, 18–27, 8–18) to satisfy our Two-Adult supervision rules.

3. Build a Microsoft Form intake questionnaire linked via Power Automate to a SharePoint/Microsoft List to track applicants with risk tags (Well Member vs. At-Risk Member).
