We need a Google Ads / Search Marketing volunteer to set up and structure our $10,000/month Google Ad Grant account to attract mentor applicants and community partners across five distinct generational tiers.

Required Skills:
Google Ad Grants compliance, Google Ads Manager, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Keyword Research, and Conversion Tracking.

Audit and configure our active Google Ad Grants account structure, conversion tracking, and compliance settings.

Build targeted search campaigns and keyword groups tailored to recruiting mentors for specific tiers (e.g., Elder Counsel 65+, Young Adult Mentors 18–27, and Core Youth 8–18).

Draft high-converting ad copy aligning with our organizational tagline: "Live the Legacy. Lift the Next."
