Volunteer Recruitment Strategy

Global Empowerment Network, Inc. (GEN) is a nonprofit organization working in education, legal support, and charitable initiatives in the United States and internationally. As our programs continue to grow, we need to strengthen our volunteer team and create a more organized approach to recruiting skilled and committed volunteers. We are seeking a pro bono professional who can help us assess our volunteer needs, identify priority roles, and develop an effective strategy for attracting and recruiting volunteers with the skills needed to support our programs and organizational growth.

By the end of the project, we would like to have a practical volunteer recruitment strategy for GEN. This should include recommended priority volunteer roles, clear approaches for finding and attracting qualified volunteers, suggested recruitment channels and outreach methods, and guidance for creating a sustainable volunteer pipeline. We would also welcome recommendations on how to organize the recruitment and initial engagement process so that GEN can continue building a strong volunteer team after the project ends.
