Grant Writer - Investigative Healthcare Docuseries

Polaris, Inc. is looking for a Volunteer Grant Writer to develop grant applications for The Iceberg, our six-episode investigative docu-series that goes inside American healthcare through the employers who fund it, providers who carry it, patients who navigate it, and institutions that shape it to explore why the system became what it is, how it’s affecting everyone involved, and what it could take to build something that puts people first.

We’ve already developed a comprehensive grant writer onboarding packet that includes the project story, approved messaging, key statistics, funding strategy, budget, fiscal sponsorship information, funder categories, and editorial guardrails. We also have a list of identified grant opportunities. We’re now looking for someone who can take those resources and complete and submit strong, tailored grant applications on behalf of Polaris and The Iceberg.
