Virtual Summit Operation Assistant

Powerful Girl Broadcast, Inc. hosts recurring virtual teen summits and has already established the overall event structure and programming. We need support creating a clear, repeatable operations system that can be used for each future summit.

The goal is to document and organize the processes, workflows, templates, checklists, and tools needed to consistently prepare for and execute a virtual summit.

The pro bono consultant will create a comprehensive Virtual Teen Summit Operations Guide & Toolkit for Powerful Girl Broadcast, Inc.

The deliverable will provide a clear, repeatable framework for preparing and organizing each summit. It may include:

* Pre-event planning timeline and checklist
* Registration and participant communication workflow
* Speaker and volunteer coordination process
* Zoom/event-day preparation checklist
* Reminder and communication templates
* Attendance tracking process
* Post-event follow-up checklist
* Roles and responsibilities guide
* Reusable templates and standard operating procedures

The final product will allow Powerful Girl Broadcast to independently use the system for future summits without needing to recreate the process each time.
