ElevateHer Women’s Network is a Broward County nonprofit building a residential support ecosystem to help women stabilize, heal, and achieve long-term independence.
We have an approved Google Ad Grants account with five existing campaigns but need an experienced volunteer to audit and optimize it. In the last 30 days, the account recorded only 195 impressions and 10 clicks. Google reports missing website tags across several campaigns, and the existing page-view conversion is unverified. Search terms include unrelated restaurant and brunch searches in other cities, indicating a need to review keywords and geographic targeting.
Our priorities are reaching relevant donors, volunteers, community supporters, and attendees for upcoming fundraising events. We need help correcting tracking, updating outdated ads, improving targeting, and aligning campaigns with our current goals and website content.
Our founder can provide organizational direction and feedback, but we lack dedicated Google Ads expertise. We are seeking hands-on implementation and a practical maintenance handoff.
By the end of this project, we want an improved Google Ad Grants account with verified tracking, relevant campaigns, and clear maintenance instructions.
The volunteer will:
1. Audit the existing campaigns, account settings, destination pages, and Ad Grants compliance; document priority issues.
2. Configure or repair Google tag and conversion tracking, coordinating website access with our team. Verify meaningful actions such as donations, volunteer inquiries, and event registrations where technically feasible.
3. Implement agreed improvements to keywords, negative keywords, geographic targeting, ad copy, and campaign structure. Update or pause outdated ads.
4. Optimize a focused set of campaigns supporting donations, volunteer engagement, and upcoming events, using accurate website content and available registration pages.
5. Monitor initial performance and provide a simple dashboard or report showing traffic, tracked conversions, changes made, and remaining recommendations.
6. Deliver a written maintenance checklist and a handoff meeting so our team or a future volunteer can continue managing the account.
Success means tracking works, ads align with our mission and current opportunities, and our team understands how to monitor and maintain the account.
