Our nonprofit is transitioning from Fundly to Zeffy and would like support setting up Zeffy correctly and making the most of its features. We need guidance on how Zeffy works, how to organize our information, and how to best use the platform for fundraising, donor management, events, and other organizational needs.
A key part of this project is integrating Zeffy with our existing membership platform, Member Essentials Plus. We would like to determine the best way for the two systems to work together and automate the transfer of relevant information, so our staff and volunteers are not manually entering the same information in multiple places.
We also need assistance transitioning our existing Fundly data into Zeffy, including determining what information should be transferred, how it should be organized, and how to avoid duplicate or inaccurate records.
Our biggest challenge is that we have limited technical expertise and want to make sure Zeffy is set up correctly from the beginning. We have identified tools such as Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate as potential integration solutions but need an experienced consultant to help evaluate our needs, configure Zeffy, integrate it with Member Essentials Plus, migrate our Fundly data, and provide guidance and documentation so our team can confidently manage the system going forward.
By the end of the project, we would like to have Zeffy fully set up and configured to meet our nonprofit’s needs, with a clear understanding of how to use its key features for fundraising, donor management, events, and CRM functions.
The consultant will help us:
* Configure Zeffy and establish best practices for organizing and managing our data.
* Migrate relevant historical data from Fundly into Zeffy.
* Determine the best way to integrate Zeffy with Member Essentials Plus.
* Build and test the necessary automation using Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, an API, or another appropriate solution.
* Establish a process for keeping information synchronized and minimizing duplicate data entry.
* Provide documentation and basic training so our staff and volunteers understand how the systems work together and can manage them going forward.
Success will mean that our transition from Fundly to Zeffy is complete, our Zeffy account is properly configured, and Zeffy and Member Essentials Plus are working together efficiently. Our team will have the knowledge and documentation needed to confidently use and maintain the systems without relying on ongoing technical assistance.
