Strategic Plan and Infrastructure Roadmap

Our organization is tiny and has solely been run by volunteers since its inception. We are expanding our outreach and impact and, with that, need to scale up in terms of our strategic vision and also create efficient and sustainable infrastructures.

We are looking for a 2- to 5-year strategic development plan and roadmap, along with specific recommendations for systemizing our infrastructure.
