About the Opportunity

We seek to expand awareness of The Strong and Brave Foundation Inc. beyond our existing network and develop a strategic, sustainable approach to reach new donors, corporate sponsors, community partners, and advocates. Although we have social media, a website, community events, a mobile app, and Google Ad Grants, we need professional guidance to ensure our messaging is consistent, emotionally compelling, and effective at converting awareness into meaningful engagement, financial contributions, and long-term partnerships. We want to better coordinate these resources so increased visibility translates into measurable support for children battling cancer and advances our long-term goal of making Briana’s House a reality.

We are looking for a volunteer with nonprofit marketing and communications expertise.

The volunteer will:
- Facilitate a one-hour remote brainstorming session to identify and prioritize our three most promising target audiences and provide a brief rationale for each.
- Draft 1–2 recommended core messages (emotional hook and concise value proposition) tailored to each prioritized audience.
- Recommend the most effective communication channels and a coordination approach across our existing assets (social media, website, community events, mobile app, Google Ad Grants) for reaching each audience.
- Produce a concise, actionable implementation plan with immediate next steps our volunteer team can begin implementing and suggested early metrics to track progress.
