Website Audit

Our website hasn't been through an overhaul in years. Before the redesign, it was ROUGH. We're currently using a basic CMS/host, but are in the process of trying to understand our needs and where we can make strides with donors and volunteers in terms of flow and ease-of-use CMS. We'd love to know where we can make improvements to our site, whether through a new host, a better CMS, a more coded/branded design, etc. The biggest hurdles we're facing at the moment are lack of bandwidth and lack of budget.

We're looking for someone to help us understand where we can make improvements from a design and flow perspective, as well as provide a roadmap for us to make these changes. Suggestions for improvement are critical!

A community-first non-profit agency supporting Chicago's North & Northwest suburbs, JOURNEYS|The Road Home provides shelter and social services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity. With 40+ free support services (including PADS Shelters, counseling, housing assistance, food pantry, and more), JOURNEYS is designed to help people find stable, secure housing and bring awareness to the growing issue of housing insecurity in the suburban communities we serve.
