Association AZIZA CŒUR SAINT is a French nonprofit organization developing a Centre for Accommodation, Training and Social Support in Nouakchott, Mauritania. The centre will support orphans, vulnerable children, abandoned women, single mothers and disadvantaged families.
Our main challenge is identifying international companies willing to provide direct financial contributions or in-kind donations for land acquisition and the construction of a 600 m² centre. The estimated construction budget is €400,000, excluding land, furniture and equipment.
As a young nonprofit, we have prepared our project presentation and supporting documents and started contacting potential partners. However, we need a more structured approach to identify suitable companies, reach decision-makers and develop concrete partnerships. Our limited resources make extensive international prospect research difficult.
We seek a pro bono consultant to identify and qualify 20–30 corporate prospects within 12 weeks. Priority sectors include construction, building materials, engineering, architecture, transport, logistics, renewable energy and equipment.
The consultant will help us build a qualified prospect database, identify publicly available contact details, prioritize promising companies and develop an outreach strategy. A professional partnership proposal template in French and practical follow-up recommendations are also needed.
We welcome direct financial support and in-kind donations, including construction materials, vehicles, equipment, solar solutions and logistics services.
Experience in corporate partnerships and prospect research is essential. Knowledge of Mauritania or West Africa is an advantage but not required. All final deliverables must be written in French. We do not seek loans or paid fundraising services.
By the end of this 12-week project, the consultant will deliver a practical corporate partnership research package for Association AZIZA CŒUR SAINT and its social support centre project in Nouakchott, Mauritania.
The deliverables will include:
1. A database of 20–30 qualified international companies, prioritizing construction, building materials, engineering, transport, logistics, renewable energy and equipment sectors.
2. A profile of each company, explaining its activities, relevance and potential contribution.
3. Publicly available contact details for relevant decision-makers or corporate partnership departments.
4. A ranked shortlist of the most promising prospects for direct financial support or in-kind donations.
5. A professional corporate partnership proposal template written in French.
6. A practical outreach strategy with recommended contact methods and follow-up steps.
7. A final report summarizing findings, priorities and recommended actions.
The research will focus on credible companies that may support land acquisition and construction through direct contributions or donations such as building materials, vehicles, equipment, solar solutions and logistics services.
Success means having 20–30 researched prospects, reliable contact information, a clear priority list and ready-to-use French-language outreach materials. These deliverables will help the association approach potential partners more effectively and pursue the construction of its 600 m² social support centre.
Knowledge of Mauritania or West Africa is an advantage but not mandatory.
