About the Opportunity

The Survive & Conquer Foundation is seeking an experienced corporate sponsorship, fundraising, or business development professional to help us strengthen our corporate partnerships and build a sustainable sponsorship strategy.

Our Foundation serves trauma-impacted youth, families, veterans, and underserved communities through mental health awareness, community outreach, youth empowerment, and essential resource distribution.

As our programs continue to expand, we’re looking to establish meaningful, long-term relationships with corporations, local businesses, and community-minded brands that share our commitment to making a difference.

Our Goal

To establish a practical, repeatable corporate sponsorship system that helps the Survive & Conquer Foundation secure financial and in-kind support, expand our community programs, and build lasting relationships with businesses committed to community impact.

Project Deliverables

* Develop a corporate sponsorship strategy tailored to our mission, programs, and organizational capacity.
* Identify 20–30 prospective corporate sponsors and local businesses aligned with our work.
* Create a sponsorship prospect tracker with company names, websites, publicly available contact information, potential giving interests, and outreach priorities.
* Review our existing sponsorship packages and recommend improvements to sponsorship levels, benefits, and giving opportunities.
* Develop customizable corporate sponsorship outreach emails and follow-up templates.
* Recommend strategies for cultivating long-term corporate relationships, recurring sponsorships, and employee engagement opportunities.

Organization Mission

Our mission is to transform trauma into resilience. We live our mission by providing youth and young adults with healing, emotional development, life skills, and mentorship. These life skills break cycles of violence and build strong, stable futures. This is not just our mission—it’s a calling that emerged while our founder, Rasheem Artis, miraculously recovered from a near-fatal attack some years ago. We address mental health and trauma with compassion, awareness and effectiveness, and thereby reduce the stigma surrounding these issues as well. Here, everyone feels heard and valued.
