Faithful Service for Veterans seeks a skilled volunteer to improve our existing fsfv.org so veterans, donors, and community partners can easily understand our mission and take action. We train and pair service dogs with veterans at no cost to the veteran and help shelter dogs prepare for adoption. We want to help improve the home page navigation, mobile usability, and clarity of our program information, donation links, and contact operation contact options. We propose a focus project lasting six to eight weeks: review the existing website, agree on priority improvements, implement those changes, test key links and forms, and provide simple instructions so our team can maintain and update the pages. Our website is built on WordPress and hosted by GoDaddy.
An updated fsfv.org website with an approved home page and agreed-upon priority pages, clear navigation, mobile-friendly layouts, working donation links, tested contact forms, a simple maintenance guide, and a walkthrough showing our team how to update the pages with all links working, a header, and the footer updated. At the start of the project we will review the existing website together and agree in writing on the specific pages, fixes, and features included before the work begins.
