2025 Financials Audit or Review

The challenge we would like to address is finding a CPA or qualified person to audit or review our nonprofits' 2025 financials. Our ByLaws in the state of Texas include "7.8 Annual Financial Statements: Complete financial statements prepared in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), accompanied by an audit report, compilation or review of an independent certified public accountant, may be presented to and reviewed by the Board after the close of each fiscal year with gross receipts under $200,000."

In 2025, our first year as a nonprofit, our gross receipts were $21,575.19. As Treasurer, I created quarterly reports reconciling with our monthly bank statements as well as the 2025 Annual Report. These reports were developed using Google Sheets to list and categorize the source of income and the category of each expense and combining months into the quarterly reports and the annual report.

By the end of this project, the consultant will deliver the Audited Financial Report or Financial Review Report for 2025.
