Digital Integration Audit and Security Setup

Mercy of God Mission (MGM) relies on our digital infrastructure (WordPress, GiveWP, Stripe, and Mailchimp) to manage humanitarian programs and fundraising. However, our progress is currently hindered by technical roadblocks and synchronization errors that require expert support. Specifically, we need assistance addressing:

Domain Verification & Authentication Sync: Resolving automated verification roadblocks between our active official domain (mercyofgodmission.com) and verification platforms (like Goodstack).

Donation Gateway Sync Check: Diagnosing and resolving payment synchronization or webhook errors between GiveWP and Stripe to ensure seamless fundraising operations.

Plugin & Platform Conflict Resolution: Identifying and resolving minor plugin compatibility or update conflicts within the WordPress ecosystem.

We have attempted basic internal troubleshooting, but require a structured pro bono audit and resolution to get our systems fully optimized.

By the end of this project, the pro bono consultant will deliver:

Digital Integration Audit: A comprehensive review and audit of the organization's core web integrations (WordPress, GiveWP donation platform, Stripe payment gateway, and Mailchimp).

Security & User Permission Setup: Configured user roles, permissions, and security hardening across the platform to ensure safe administrative access.

Standard Operating Maintenance Checklist: A clear, step-by-step maintenance and troubleshooting checklist that the Mercy of God Mission internal team can follow independently post-project.

Success means our digital integrations are fully synchronized, domain verification roadblocks are cleared, and our team is fully equipped to maintain platform stability.
