Set up Google workplace email and improve flow

Our email is currently hosted through Hostway, and our small team of five people uses individual Gmail addresses to communicate with each other and the public.

Our Goal

We want to set up Google Workspace for Nonprofits with organized email accounts for our team, improve how adoption applications are received, assigned, and how we communicate internally.

Our goal is to have a secure, reliable, and easy-to-use system with automatic acknowledgment emails, better communication, and simplified daily operations that our small volunteer team can manage independently.

Organization Mission

Helping Retrievers and Other Homeless Pets Find Homes. Retrievers and Friends of Southern California is a non-profit organization devoted to finding homes for Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, other breeds of dogs, cats, and other pets, providing refuge, care, and adoption services.
