Converting Data Collection System from Spreadsheet to SQL Database

We currently store our unique artist and music-festival data in a single Google Sheet. Multiple volunteers research and add records to that one sheet, which is not ideal as we grow our team and output. We have evaluated options and believe migrating to Google Firebase with a Google Site or an SQL system (Google Cloud SQL or Supabase) would make our data entry, tracking, and analysis simpler, cleaner, and more robust.

The volunteer will deliver a working database or system for our data entry, tracking, and analysis by migrating our existing Google Sheet into a Firebase or SQL-based solution. We are looking for a volunteer with database architecture, configuration, and migration expertise to help us understand our needs, potential options for new structures, and implement a chosen solution.
