About the Opportunity

We are a new 501(c)(3) arts nonprofit and our WordPress website hasn’t kept up with our programs. Our site currently lacks dedicated pages and submission forms to support our core activities—fundraising, exhibitions, scholarships, and our artist residency—and staff need to be able to keep the site current without outside help. We have page copy and content ready; this project is focused on development and building those pages and forms.

The volunteer will:
- Build a donation landing page on our WordPress site and add it to the site navigation in a clear, user-friendly location.
- Build a separate page for retail exhibitions and add it to navigation.
- Build an Opportunities page and add it to navigation.
- Build an FAQ page and add it to navigation.
- Create an online submission form for scholarship requests that collects applicants' personal and financial information and stores that information safely and securely.
- Create an online submission form for residency applications and add it to navigation.
- Provide basic training and written instructions so our staff can manage the site going forward, including adding and revising FAQs, events, and exhibitions.

We are looking for a volunteer with WordPress development expertise to implement these pages and forms, configure secure form handling, and deliver the staff training and documentation.
