Matching Gift Campaign Plan

We need to address fundraising through employer matching gift opportunities. We have compiled a list of major private employers in Maryland and a broader list of other employers, and we have identified which of those have matching gift programs.

We are looking for a volunteer with Fundraising expertise to develop a matching-gift campaign using our employer list.

The volunteer will:
- Draft a written matching-gift campaign plan that uses our employer list and describes the campaign approach and the steps needed to run it.
- Create email templates for employee outreach and for employer matching gift program contacts.
- Produce an outreach schedule that sequences outreach and defines the cadence for campaign execution.
