A child's access to surgery should not depend on a small nonprofit's ability to troubleshoot Google Ads.
Amigos Internacionales works alongside medical teams and hospital partners in Uganda to help children receive surgical care their families may otherwise struggle to access. Our Next 100 initiative invites 100 people to give $100 a month to help sustain this work. Behind every camp is a child, a family, and the hope of a healthier future.
We need an experienced Google Ad Grants volunteer to help us reach the people who could support these children. Our existing account was recently reinstated after suspension, but its approved campaigns are barely serving. We have reviewed settings and made changes, yet have not established a reliable path from ads to completed signups or gifts.
This is a hands-on repair project, not a request for general marketing advice. We need expertise in Ad Grants delivery, Google Analytics 4, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. Familiarity with WordPress/GiveWP and Mailchimp would help.
We will provide account access, previous findings, existing campaigns, landing pages, authentic field photography, and direct access to our president. Your skills could help turn an underused advertising grant into a stronger connection between people who care and children who need care.
By the end of this project, we want a repaired, tested Google Ad Grants account and a clear handoff our small team can maintain.
The volunteer will:
-Identify the causes of low delivery after reinstatement, document the evidence, and work with Google support if needed.
-Verify the full path from book signup to Mailchimp and from completed GiveWP gift to Analytics and Google Ads. Correct tracking gaps so campaigns optimize for meaningful, confirmed actions rather than page visits or unverified form submissions.
-Implement an approved repair to campaign goals, bidding, keywords, and ads. Prioritize Next 100 medical-camp fundraising while preserving relevant book-signup campaigns that introduce new supporters to Amigos.
-Provide a concise before-and-after summary, a change log, and performance checks 24 hours and seven days after implementation. Include simple maintenance instructions and any unresolved issues.
Success means documented fixes, verified conversion tracking, and evidence of how delivery performs after repair. We do not expect guaranteed donations or full grant spending.
This is a focused repair and handoff, not an open-ended request to manage all our marketing.
