About the Opportunity

We are a very small team and do not currently have an employee handbook. We want to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy and policy-for-policy's-sake, but need concise, written policies that provide legal protection for our organization and employees and give staff clarity on expectations and everyday practices.

The volunteer will deliver a concise, tailored employee handbook for The Clothesline for Arlington Kids that documents essential workplace policies and guidance, clarifies roles and expectations, and helps protect staff and the organization while remaining non-bureaucratic. We are looking for a volunteer with HR Management expertise to draft the handbook in clear, accessible language.
