Strategic Landscape Analysis

As we consider growing, we want to understand our landscape in terms of nonprofits offering similar services, the size and characteristics of our potential population, and the level of need in our community and surrounding communities.

The volunteer will:
- Map nonprofits offering similar clothing-access services in our community and surrounding communities and produce a clear list of identified providers.
- Provide an estimate of our potential population by summarizing relevant population size and characteristics that affect service need.
- Assess the level of need across our community and neighboring areas by summarizing available indicators of need and any geographic patterns.

We are looking for a volunteer with Market Research and Strategic Analysis expertise to conduct the research, synthesize findings, and deliver a concise written strategic landscape analysis to inform The Clothesline for Arlington Kids' growth planning.

To provide free clothing for school-aged children from low-income families in a dignified setting—through community donations, partner support, and purchased essentials—so they can feel comfortable and confident to learn, grow, and participate fully in school and community life.
