HR Strategy: Employee Health Insurance
We fill a critical niche by operating a nurturing residence for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults experiencing homelessness in New York City. As a very small nonprofit without an HR department, we’re eager for expert advice on what health insurance options could be available for our employees and volunteers.
During our one-hour consultation session, we will provide additional background on what we do at Trinity Place Shelter, our budget for insurance, and the roles and responsibilities of our small but mighty team. We look forward to meeting and speaking with you.
