HR Guidance on Creating a Bonus Policy for Exempt Staff
The CEC is looking to adapt an excess hour payment/discretionary bonus structure for exempt salaried employees in compliance with non-profit status and FSLA. The excess hour payment would be in effect after an employee has exceeded a set targeted deliverable. We are looking for HR guidance on implications, development of a policy, and implementation.
