As Assistant Director of Operations, I am responsible for managing a $4m annual budget, primarily funded by private grants, at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School. I’m looking for a finance professional with expertise in cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, and budgeting to help me brainstorm best practices and templates for automating high-level budget and expenditure reporting. My goal is to make forecasting more efficient and insightful. Would you be available for an hour to walk through ideas and recommend practical approaches or tools?
