We need an HR professional with experience in corporate training/team-building procurement to critically evaluate:
-Market appeal of our employee engagement programming
-Does our value proposition ("Team-building that trains employees while funding social impact") resonate with HR/L&D buyers?
-What objections might HR have (e.g., ROI measurement, time commitment)?
-Competitive Differentiation: How does our sport-based skills training compare to traditional team-building (escape rooms, etc.) on: Perceived employee engagement value, Alignment with corporate DEI/ESG goals, Pricing & Packaging, Is our pricing (€1,500–€2,000/event) realistic for our target companies (50+ employees in Greece/EU)?, Should we offer tiered packages (e.g., add impact reports for CSR teams)?

Context for Volunteers
Our Product: Half/full-day sports events (e.g., adapted football drills) that develop:
-Employee skills: Collaboration, leadership, adaptability.
-Social impact: 30% of profits fund vocational training for minority groups.
-Target Buyers: HR/L&D managers at mid-sized companies prioritizing: Employee engagement + measurable outcomes, CSR alignment (SDGs 4, 8, 10).

ALL IN ALL: We’ve designed a sport-based team-building program that funds social impact. We need an HR/L&D pro to stress-test:
-Would companies actually buy this?
-What’s missing to make it irresistible?
-How should we position pricing?

Context: Targets 50+ employee firms in Greece/EU. Volunteer with team-building procurement experience preferred.
