AI Integration and Optimization Recommendations

Our goal is to explore how we can thoughtfully integrate AI into Creshendo’s internal systems and creative processes without compromising our human-centered, community-rooted mission.

During this session, we would like to brainstorm with a volunteer who has experience in AI strategy, ideally including familiarity with Agentive AI or similar co-pilot-style tools. Specifically, we’re seeking guidance on:
• Identifying practical, low-lift AI tools that can support our nonprofit’s operations, storytelling, and research workflows
• Learning how to use AI to enhance—not replace—our volunteer-driven global team’s capacity
• Understanding ethical considerations for AI in community-based, migrant-focused nonprofit work
• Mapping out possible pilot projects or use cases for AI integration at a startup-stage organization

This will be a conversation with our Executive Director, who is seeking mentorship and strategic input to begin incorporating AI tools in a way that aligns with our values and increases our team’s efficiency. The volunteer’s role would be to help us think through use cases, prioritize ideas, and identify tools or workflows that make sense for our size and mission.

We are not looking for technical implementation but rather strategic guidance, examples, and thought partnership to help us get started intentionally.
