I have accomplished a lot since our launch in January, but I am overwhelmed by what to do next and need support with projects. To start, we'd like to work with someone to do a review and assessment of our mission, our website, our social media, our accomplishments, and our strategy. To support the sustainable growth of pickleball by fostering relationships that ensure the safe, effective development of all players and promote the growth and competitive spirit of junior pickleball. To develop a nationwide organized network of Junior Pickleball clubs and players of all sizes, skill levels and backgrounds. To teach and reenforce the values and fundamentals of leadership, sportsmanship, individual effort, team building, competitive spirit, integrity, and above all, having fun.
