We are looking for a skilled volunteer to provide strategic advice and problem-solving support to help Phoenix Arising, Inc. determine the best approach for reorganizing our current programs and improving operational workflows. This session will help clarify our direction and define next steps for future project planning.

Phoenix Arising, Inc. exists to equip individuals with autism, developmental, behavioral, and mental health challenges with tools, skills, and resources to enhance daily functioning, improve emotional wellness, and foster independence. We are seeking expert guidance on how to realign our program structure and internal processes to better reflect our mission and vision. Specifically, during this 60-minute session, we would like to:

Brainstorm strategies for refining and focusing our current services to meet community needs effectively.

Get advice on designing efficient workflows and operational practices that support program delivery.

Identify priority steps for a follow-up project that would implement these changes and build long-term organizational capacity.

We are looking for a fresh perspective from a skilled volunteer who can help us clarify our approach and define actionable next steps for strengthening Phoenix Arising’s impact in the autism and mental health community.
