Sales Training and Coaching for Fundraising Growth

We support families with primary school age children from deprived areas of our community who are struggling financially due to the cost-of-living crisis, to enjoy a hot cooked meal, and fun family activities, thereby building friendships with other families so reducing isolation and loneliness. As our service has grown successfully, we would like to further develop this service to include the opportunity for our beneficiaries to attend free skills training sessions which to support them in building up skills in various areas such as Presentations and Public Speaking, Hospitality, Group Facilitation, and Event Management Skills. We see this as a natural extension in what we offer to alleviate the effects of the cost of living crisis but helping beneficiaries to have more advantage when applying for roles, and excelling in their current roles. Alongside this we also plan to provide coaching and Mentoring to individuals which will be available to both the beneficiaries attending our events but also to the wider community to give more 1-1 support.
