We currently have a lackluster board which does not actively engage with the needs of our nonprofit, Movement in Refuge. We need to rebuild the board and find candidates who can add value to our efforts to scale up our nonprofit. During this session, we would like to discuss board development best practices and plans to strengthen board recruitment.
