Gurls Talk is a community-led nonprofit committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of adolescent girls and young women. We focus on prevention and early intervention, offering mental health education, peer support, evidence-based resources, research, advocacy, and community engagement. Our programs are designed to build mental health literacy, strengthen emotional resilience, reduce stigma, and expand access to care, ensuring no girl has to face her mental health journey alone or reach a breaking point to get help.
