Recommendations for Program Automation Technology

We need recommendations for technology that can assist us in automating processing and assigning membership cards.

Our team has tirelessly researched programs (mostly CRM & membership web-based platforms) that could help us automate the following: processing card membership applications with digital cards, data reporting and card member validation with our program partners. Currently, we receive card applications through a form on our website (which is great), but then we manually process the applications with a google sheet/excel spreadsheet, manually order physical membership cards with an outside company and then mail cards to each family (after sending each family an email with their membership information), and manually get partner participation data from each of our partners through an annual survey. We have not found any existing platform that works for our very simple process, and I am hoping there is a technology expert that could brainstorm solutions that would be a good fit.
