Live Troubleshooting: Google Ad Grants Recovery

More than 8 months ago, our organization was approved for Google Ad Grants program. With the Ad Grants program we are granted $10,000 worth of free ads on the Google platform. Unfortunately, we have never figured out how to access the grant. The invitation link to access the account expired while we were orienting new volunteers. The error message when it is clicked says "This invitation has expired. Please ask a user on the Google Ads account *** to send a new one." But try as we might, we cannot find where or how to send a new invitation.

Google Ad Grants does not have an email or phone call support option. The only option is to post a question in the community forum. Our posts have gone unanswered for many months and we remain locked out of this won grant. The Google Ads Grant will make a material difference to our ability to support our mission of opening the Berkeley Springs Castle to our community by boosting our marketing of ticketed events and raising awareness of our existence. We have already been awarded the Grant, and it is heartbreaking to see months pass with this tech barrier preventing our access to the Grant.
